User responsibilities

Institutions must upload only authorized and accurate records. Students must provide truthful information, protect their credentials, and never access another person’s record. Users must not upload malware, bypass controls, probe restricted endpoints, or interfere with the service.

Verification and submission

Students may update and submit their profiles. A record is eligible for NBTE submission after the student has submitted the profile.

Submission windows

Institutions may submit only while the portal is open. NBTE may close a submission window for maintenance, security, or administrative reasons. Separate open cycles may be treated as separate submission periods.

Suspension and availability

Access may be suspended for inaccurate submissions, suspected fraud, security abuse, or policy violations. We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
