Information we collect

Depending on your role, we may process names, date of birth, gender, state of origin, phone number, NIN, JAMB details, matriculation number, programme, study mode, diploma class, graduation date, login information, uploaded CSV files, and submission timestamps.

How we use it

We use this information to authenticate users, send service notifications, receive institutional uploads, create NBTE exports, secure the portal, and maintain submission records.

Access and sharing

Institutions access their own records, students access their own profile, and NBTE administrators access verified records submitted to NBTE. Information may be shared with authorized verification, hosting, or regulatory services where necessary.

Retention and security

Records are retained for institutional, audit, legal, and regulatory purposes. We use role-based access, password hashing, CSRF protection, validation, throttling, session security, and restricted exports. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

You may ask your institution or portal administrator to correct inaccurate information or address a privacy concern. Some records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations.
